1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your EcoTrend purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Must be in the original packaging

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at ecotrendservice@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Include photos and your order number
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
